Shady Lawn Ranch - Registration

	Please provide us with an application before attending camp at Shady Lawn Ranch.
	After reading, completing, and signing these forms, they can be mailed, sent by FAX, or brought with you to Shady Lawn Ranch.
	A 20% deposit is required to hold your space. The deposit is refundable until May 1st for summer sessions and up to 6 weeks prior to any other session. Full payment is due 3 weeks prior to camp.
